On 10/24/12 25 year old Tiffany Paul of Manchester was arrested and charged with falsifying bussiness records and grand larceny after she conducted multiple fraudulent transactions worth over $2,000 while employeed at the Victor Target. She will appear before the Victor Court at a later date.
