On 10/13/12 Sheriffs Deputies responded to the Brentwood apartments located on Moran Rd Canandaigua for a complaint of a loud party. 20-year old Alita Boston and 20-year old Torii Williams, both of Washington DC, were found to be hosting the party in their apartment. Sheriffs Deputies informed the defendants that they were under arrest for disorderly conduct. Williams was taken into custody without incident. Boston physically resisted her arrest and then struck a Deputy in the face with a closed fist causing physical injury. Boston was arrested and charged with Assualt 2nd, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was held on pre-arraignment detention at the Ontario County Jail. Williams was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct. All charges will be answered in the Canandaigua Town Court.
