On September 26th at 2206 hours Kelly L. Close was arrested at 4459 Lakeshore Drive located at the Woodridge Motel in the Town of Canandaigua. She is charged with Harassment in the second degree and trespass, both violations. She is accused of having an argument with a tennant in a neighboring room. During the argument she was asked to leave but refused. She allgedly then punched the tennant several times in the face. The victim was not injured. Ms. Close was transported to the Ontario County Jail where she is being held on pre-arraignment detention. She will be arriagned at a later date on the charges.
