On Thursday, deputies arrested 19-year-old Morgan Gasper of Sodus. It is alleged that during a domestic dispute, Gasper physically harassed the victim, prevented her from leaving the residence, and stopped her from calling 911 for emergency assistance.

Gasper was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sodus Court at a later date to answer the charges.
