Seneca Falls Man Arrested On Bench Warrant

On Tuesday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 52-year-old resident following the execution of an outstanding warrant.

Luis Soto-Burgos was taken into custody on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court regarding the original charges. Following the arrest, Soto-Burgos was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part Court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
