On Tuesday, a Rochester woman was arrested by Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies following a shoplifting complaint at the Von Maur department store in the town of Victor.

At approximately 4:07 p.m., deputies responded to the business at 300 Eastview Mall Drive. Investigators allege that Keniah Baker, 19, passed all points of sale without rendering payment for approximately $120 worth of merchandise.

Baker was arrested and charged with larceny. She was released with an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Victor Court at a later date to answer the charge.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
