An Addison man was arrested following a traffic stop on West Morris Street over the holiday weekend.

Last Saturday, an officer with the Village of Bath Police Department stopped a vehicle at approximately 4:42 PM for multiple violations of New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law. During the investigation, the driver, 25-year-old Dandre Hill, was suspected to be operating the vehicle under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Following Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Hill was placed under arrest. He was allegedly charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher, and Driving While Ability Impaired by a Combination of Drugs and Alcohol, all of which are misdemeanors. Hill also faces additional vehicle and traffic violations.

Hill was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Bath Village Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
