Montour Falls Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

A Montour Falls woman was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on multiple outstanding warrants.

Authorities arrested Kimberley Rowland, 48, on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Violation of Probation. The warrants were originally issued out of both the Town of Dix Court and the Village of Montour Falls Court.

Following her arrest, Rowland was processed and arraigned in the Schuyler County Centralized Arraignment Part Court. She was subsequently remanded to the Schuyler County Jail.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
