An Elmira man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following a domestic violence investigation.

Deputies arrested Terry Wise, 39, following an incident on West Lake Road in the Town of Tyrone. Wise was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute that resulted in a charge of Harassment in the Second Degree.

Following his arrest, Wise was processed and arraigned in Schuyler County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.

Wise was subsequently released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Tyrone Court at a later date to answer the charge.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
