A Canandaigua man was arrested by Canandaigua Police on two separate bench warrants.

The warrants were issued after Douglas Busch, 62,  failed to appear in court regarding the original charges of Obstructing Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

Busch was transported to the Ontario County Jail for centralized arraignment and was later released on his own recognizance.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
