As Cayuga County continues work on its Countywide Strategic Plan, the county’s planning and economic development department will host three upcoming visioning workshops.

The workshops will let attendees hear updates on the county’s progress, explore interactive maps, and talk with team members about the plan. Additionally, attendees can take part in trivia and win prizes.

Because Cayuga County is a long county, the planning department will hold meetings in the southern, central, and northern regions of the county, and the public is encouraged to attend the one that is most convenient for them.

The first meeting will take place on July 28 at the Locke Fire Hall. The next day, a meeting will be held at Cayuga Onondaga BOCES in Auburn. The final meeting of the trio will be held at the Ira Fire Hall on July 30.

All meetings will run from 6:00-8:00p.
