On Monday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Geneva man following a traffic stop.

Calvin Butler, 51, was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Failure to Maintain Lane, and Failure to Use a Turn Signal. The arrest followed an investigation into his operation of a motor vehicle within the town.

Butler was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
