On Tuesday, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jamison Davis, 24, of Geneva, on a warrant issued from the Seneca Falls Town Court for Declaration of Delinquency.

The warrant was issued after authorities determined Davis violated his conditions of release.

Following the arrest, Davis was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
