A Cayuga County library will let area children get hands-on learning with dinosaurs.
The Weedsport Free Library will hold its Dinosaurs Rock program on Wednesday at 11:00a.
The event will see the library transformed into a mini dinosaur museum with a T. rex skull cast, fossils, and a genuine dinosaur egg. There will also be a fossil dig where children can uncover real fossils to take home with them. An expert on dinosaurs will also be at the library to answer questions visitors may have.
The first 22 families to attend will also receive free books.
