An Ithaca woman faces a felony charge after allegedly striking another person in the head with a glass bottle during a domestic dispute.
Ithaca Police responded to the 400 block of College Avenue at approximately just after midnight on Saturday for a reported assault. Officers found a person who reported being hit in the head with the bottle during the dispute. Police said the victim was unconscious at one point and was taken to a local medical center for treatment.
Following an investigation, officers arrested 21-year-old Chloe Cho of Ithaca. She was charged with second-degree assault, a Class D felony.
Cho was released on an appearance ticket by Judge Wallace.
The charge is an accusation. Cho is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
