On Thursday, officers with the Geneva Police Department arrested a 32-year-old Geneva woman following a report at the Exchange Place parking lot.

Tracey Vazquez was taken into custody after officers confirmed she had three active bench warrants issued by the City of Geneva Criminal Court.

The warrants were issued for failing to appear in court regarding the original charges.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
