Geneva Man Arrested For Violating Order Protection

On Tuesday, deputies responded to a reported violation of an order of protection on Pleasant Street in Clifton Springs.

Following a police investigation at approximately 6:12 p.m., it was determined that 39-year-old Justin Chilson had violated an order of protection issued against him.

Chilson, a resident of Geneva, was located and arrested by deputies. He was subsequently transported to the Ontario County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part court today.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
