Town of Canandaigua Supervisor Don Cotter is encouraging residents to attend an upcoming community forum designed to provide an opportunity for direct conversation with town officials.
Cotter announced that the town’s second Town Hall Meeting, also known as a Town Community Forum, will be held on Monday at 6 p.m. at the Town Courthouse.
According to Cotter, the event will follow the same format as the forum held in March, with members of the Town Board and town staff available to answer questions and discuss issues important to residents.
Unlike a formal Town Board meeting, the forum is intended to be a more relaxed setting that encourages open dialogue between residents and local government officials.
Cotter said the board views the event as an opportunity to better understand community concerns and gather feedback that can help guide future decisions.
Residents are invited to attend and discuss any topics affecting the town. Cotter also noted that residents can contact him directly outside of the forum with questions or concerns.
