Multiple groups in Auburn and Cayuga County are partnering for a community baseball night this week.

The Auburn Police Department, Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, Probation, CAP, and Cayuga Counseling Services are partnering to host an anti-violence night at Auburn’s Falcon Park.

Funded by GIVE and STRIVE grants, organizers said the game is dedicated to promoting a safer and stronger community. Admission is free, and attendees will receive free ice cream and t-shirts.

The baseball game will take place at 6:30p on Thursday at Falcon Park. Fans can cheer on the Doubledays as they take on the Olean Oilers.
