Middlesex/Canandaigua - Hilda "Tillie" Smith, age 86, died Monday (March 18, 2013).
Friends may call Thursday (March 21) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Kenneth J.Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A funeral service will be held Friday (March 22) at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Tillie was the daughter of the late Charles and Orra Meade Dinehart. She was a teacher' aide at Marcus Whitman Central Schools for many years. Tillie was a member of the Middlesex Hose Sirenettes, the Rebecca Lodge and the Middlesex United Methodist Church.
Tillie is survived by three children, Ronald (Abigail) Smith, Allen (Patricia) Smith and Lisa (Marty) Bognanno; eight grandchildren, Keith (Shelia) Smith, Jeffrey (Kathy) Smith, Shane Smith, Tyler Smith, Aaron Smith, Jessen (Michael) Donlon, Megan (Ryan) Collins and Joseph Bognanno; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Viginia Burk; sister-in-law, Pauline Dinehart; and several nieces and nephews.
Tillie was predeceased by her husband, Clifford Smith in 1982.
