Franzle "Fraz" LeRoy PORT GIBSON - Franzle "Fraz" LeRoy, 94, passed away on Dec. 29, 2012. He will be remembered by his son, Stephen LeRoy and wife Beverly, of Clifton Springs; and daughter, Jean Blaisdell and husband Donald, of Manchester. He was the loving grandfather of eight grandchildren, Scott DeCook of Port Gibson and Jeff DeCook, Melissa DeCook Spence and Stephen DeCook, all of Clifton Springs, Jolyne Blaisdell Siekierski of Rochester, David LeRoy of North Carolina, John LeRoy of Michigan and Kathleen LeRoy Russo of Florida; and 15 great-grandchildren. Mr. LeRoy was predeceased by his loving wife of 62 years, Thelma (O'Tier) LeRoy, on Dec. 30, 2006. He was born, the son of the late Rodney and Mabel (Cooper) LeRoy, on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 1918, in Manchester. Family and friends may call on Thursday, January 3, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home Inc., 124 W. Miller St., Newark. A prayer service by the Port Gibson Fire Department will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 4, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
