Waterloo Woman Charged With Harassment

Kelsy Thorn, 30, of Waterloo, was charged with harassment in the second degree by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on Sunday, April 19.

The arrest stems from an alleged altercation that took place on April 5.

Thorn was transported to the Seneca County jail for CAP court. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
