On Tuesday, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two Shortsville residents following a drug investigation on County Road 28 in the Town of Canandaigua.

Heather White, 41, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Deputies allege that White was found in possession of 21 pills identified as a controlled substance, as well as a quantity of cocaine.

Tyler Gardner, 27, was also arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree after he was allegedly found in possession of cocaine.

Both White and Gardner were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to answer the charges in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
