Geneva Man Arrested on Outstanding Larceny Warrant

On Monday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Geneva man on an active warrant out of the Town of Junius.

Miguel Marin-Torres, 40, was taken into custody at approximately 9 p.m. regarding an arrest warrant for petit larceny. Deputies report that Marin-Torres was turned over to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office corrections division to await centralized arraignment and answer the charge in Junius Town Court.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the arrest by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
