A Penn Yan woman has been arrested following an investigation into an alleged inappropriate relationship with two juvenile males.

According to the Penn Yan Police Department, 27-year-old Desiree Heitmann was arrested after investigators determined she allegedly invited two teenage boys, ages 14 and 15, to her residence on May 30 and 31, where she provided them with alcohol and marijuana.

Police further allege that Heitmann subjected one of the juveniles to unwanted sexual contact when, during the night, she allegedly touched the intimate parts of one of the teens by rubbing his chest and laying her head on his crotch. Investigators also allege she provided the juvenile with money and gifts and paid for arcade games and meals during an outing in Canandaigua.

Heitmann was charged with forcible touching, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.

She was transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment in Yates County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.

Police said both juveniles have been referred to victim services. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to examine digital evidence and social media communications.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty
