The Penn Yan Village Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting Monday to consider a Freedom of Information Law appeal.
The meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m. in Room 202 of Village Hall at 111 Elm Street.
According to a public notice issued by Village Clerk-Treasurer Holly Easling, the agenda includes the FOIL appeal and other village business as needed.
