Workers Injured After Elevator Collapses at Turning Stone

Five construction workers were injured on Tuesday during an incident at Turning Stone Resort Casino.

According to a statement from Turning Stone, the incident occurred while a construction elevator was being removed. Officials say five workers were injured in the incident but were conscious and alert when they were transported to local hospitals for treatment.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation.

Multiple local emergency response agencies were called to the scene, and Turning Stone officials thanked first responders for their quick response and assistance.
