A pickup truck was traveling east on West Seneca Turnpike in the town of Marcellus when it spun out due to icy roads and hit an SUV in the oncoming lane. The driver of the SUV, 36-year-old Anthony Huddleston, Junior, was extricated by the Marcellus and Howlett Hill Fire Departments before being taken to Upstate University Hospital where they were later pronounced dead.
