The family of fallen Onondaga County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Michael Hoosock has made public his funeral arrangement information. A funeral mass will be held Monday morning at 11 at the State Fairgrounds Exposition Center in Syracuse. There will be no prior calling hours.
Lieutenant Hoosock and Syracuse Police Officer Michael Jensen were shot and killed in the town of Salina while investigating a stolen car complaint. The man accused of shooting them was struck and killed by the officers who returned fire.
