Gun stores and firearm owners have questions about the changes coming to how you purchase ammunition in New York.
Speaking on FLX Morning, Assemblyman Brian Manktelow said the state doesn’t have answers, something par for the course for New York.
“There’s no answers. Again, this is really what New York State does; they come out with all these grand ideas about how we’re going to do things and, at the last minute, try to scramble. Is this going to work or not work? And, unfortunately, gun owners, property owners, and businesses are going to suffer because we don’t know how this is going to work.”
Coming September 13th, background checks will be required to purchase ammo in the Empire State.
