The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls resident following a domestic dispute investigation.
On May 30, officers arrested Brittany Clink. She faces charges of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, Stalking in the Fourth Degree, and Tampering with a Witness in the Fourth Degree.
According to police, the charges stem from an investigation revealing that Clink allegedly contacted a protected party more than 162 times, violating a Class A Order of Protection. Authorities noted this is the second time Clink has been arrested for stalking and violating the protective order. Investigators also allege that Clink contacted the victim on multiple occasions and issued threats in an attempt to coerce them into dropping the previous charges.
Clink was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment.
