On Wednesday, members of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Braedon Cramer, age 18, of Auburn, following an investigation into a domestic violence incident.

Cramer was charged with Attempted Assault in the Third Degree. The arrest stems from a walk-in complaint received by deputies on May 14. According to investigators, Cramer allegedly kicked a female victim during an argument, causing her to fall into a dresser.

Following contact from the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, Cramer turned himself in to authorities.  After the arraignment, Cramer was released on an appearance ticket.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
