United Way of Seneca County has relocated its office to a new, expanded space at the Finger Lakes Premium Outlets on Route 318 in Waterloo. The new office, located in Suite #34 near the Food Court, offers more room to accommodate staff, programs, and community outreach.

Executive Director Rhonda Jasper said the move provides better accessibility, visibility, and room for growth.

“We outgrew our last space,” said Executive Director Rhonda Jasper. “Our new location not only provides room for us to better continue the work we do, but even room to grow. It also improves accessibility and visibility to the community.”

To celebrate, United Way will hold a ribbon-cutting and informational event in mid-September, inviting community members and partners to tour the new space and learn about their work.

Additionally, United Way will offer satellite office hours most Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Edith B. Ford Memorial Library in Ovid to better serve southern Seneca County residents. Hours may vary depending on other outreach events.
