The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is inviting the public to weigh in on proposed improvements to the trail system at Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area in Livingston County.
A virtual public information meeting will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on July 22, to discuss planned changes to the recreation area’s nearly 20 miles of multiuse trails.
During the meeting, State Parks staff will outline proposed improvements intended to better support park management, environmental stewardship, and recreational opportunities. A question-and-answer session and opportunity for public comment will follow the presentation.
