Residents in the Southern Cayuga Central School District will have a chance this month to meet the district’s next superintendent.
The district will hold a community celebration on June 15, where the public can meet John Lawrence, the district’s next superintendent. The celebration will take place at 6:00p at the Southern Cayuga auditorium.
Back in April, the district’s Board of Education announced Lawrence, a principal in the Skaneateles School District, would become Southern Cayuga’s next superintendent.
Lawrence holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership from Le Moyne College, a Master of Science in Health Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland.
