Ontario County Government will host a second public presentation on its Draft Local Solid Waste Management Plan. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Phelps Community Center, located at 8 Banta Street, Suite 100.
County officials say the session will provide an overview of the draft plan and allow residents to offer feedback.
The plan is currently available for public review and comment through May 4. Residents can access the document and submit input online through the county’s recycling website.
Officials say the plan outlines strategies for managing solid waste across Ontario County and is part of an ongoing effort to improve sustainability and long-term waste management practices.
