Seneca Falls Police News Release –

On Saturday, June 29th, 2024, at approximately 2:10 am, the Seneca County 911 Center received a 911 call from a resident at 5 S. Park St in the Town of Seneca Falls reporting a shed on fire. The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department responded along with the Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance. The first arriving units reported smoke and flames from the shed’s exterior. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. The preliminary cause of the fire was determined to be accidental due to a bonfire not being properly extinguished. No one was injured during the incident.
