Seneca County Spectrum customers can once again call 911 for emergencies.
Just after 11:30 Wednesday morning, the county’s 911 center released a statement that Spectrum customers were having trouble dialing the emergency number, with callers either receiving a busy signal, continuous ringing, or being transferred to the National 911 Relay Center.
Seneca County’s 911 Center now says the issue has been resolved; however, there is no word on what caused the interruption in service at this time.
