Some new financial help is on the way for small business owners in Ontario County.
The county’s Economic Development Corporation and Canandaigua National Bank and Trust are partnering to make available EAGLE Loans for eligible businesses in the county in the manufacturing, retail, service, tourism, and agriculture sectors.
Loan amounts range between $5,000 and $25,000 and can be used for machinery, equipment, building acquisition, new construction, remodeling, inventory, training, and working capital.
The loan term is one to five years with an interest rate of 2.50% over the life of the loan. One of the requirements is a minimum of 25% equity cash injection and a maximum of 75% of project costs can come from the Small Business Loan.
Interested small business owners are asked to reach out to their local Canandaigua National Bank Branch or call (585) 396-4460 for more information.
