Justin Fries is returning to the Lyons School District after being chosen as the new high school principal.
Fries previously served in multiple roles within the district, including 4th Grade Teacher, Elementary Administrative Intern, and District Mentor Coordinator. Currently, he serves as Junior High Principal at Clyde-Savannah CSD.
Described as being a “dedicated and student-focused leader,” Fries said he is committed to academic excellence, positive school culture, and staff collaboration. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership from SUNY Oswego and several New York State certifications.
“I am honored and excited to return to Lyons Central School District as the new High School Principal and for the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated team of educators, students, and families. Together, we will build on the Lyons Central School District’s strong foundation of excellence, foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and ensure every student is supported in reaching their full potential. I look forward to an exciting journey ahead with the Lyons community!” said Fries.
