July 4th Accident Remains Under Investigation in Wayne County

An accident late Thursday night that sent one person to the hospital in Wayne County remains under investigation.

Wayne County 9-1-1 received a phone call from a passerby stating they spotted a car off of Brick School House Road in the town of Rose and in the woods with two people walking around the scene.

The driver, 19-year-old Seth Marsteiner, of Rose, suffered undisclosed injuries and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.  The passenger suffered a minor cut and refused medical treatment at the scene.
