Heidi Barend-Guerrie: I’ll Go the Extra Mile for Constituents

SHARE NOW

Heidi Barend-Guerrie spent 25 years working in the Ontario County Clerk’s Office, including ten as Deputy Clerk. Now she’s seeking the Democratic Party’s endorsement to run for county clerk.

Barend-Guerrie said, if elected, she’ll go the extra mile for the county. “My whole life, I have been 100% customer service oriented,” she told Finger Lakes News Radio. “I believe that you should go the extra mile to assist these customers, these residents.”

She adds her priorities as clerk would be to reopen the processing of passports, establish DMV satellite offices throughout the county, and establish a line of communication between the county clerk’s office and residents of Ontario County.

Barend-Guerrie will face off against former Richmond Town Board Member Elizabeth Yockel for their party’s nomination.

That primary will be June 27th.
