The New York State Police have arrested two men following an extensive investigation into an armed home invasion robbery in the Town of Lyons.
On Thursday, State Police executed an arrest warrant in Keuka Park and took 43-year-old William Partridge into custody without incident. Partridge was transported to SP Lyons and charged with two counts of Robbery in the First Degree, a class B felony. He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail for centralized arraignment, with the District Attorney’s Office recommending no bail due to his status as a predicate felon.
The charges stem from an incident on December 17, 2025, at a residence on Maple Street Road. A victim reported that a man forcibly entered the home while displaying what appeared to be a rifle and demanded money. The suspect allegedly stole approximately $20,000 in cash from a safe before fleeing in a gray sedan.
On Thursday, March 12, State Police also arrested 48-year-old Charles Davis of Savannah for his role in the incident. Davis was charged with two counts of Robbery in the First Degree and transported to the Wayne County Jail for processing.
The investigation led authorities to obtain a search warrant for a residence on Jerusalem Springs Lane in Keuka Park, where Partridge was eventually located. State Police Troopers and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation noted that the investigation remains active.
