A. Crowder, a Geneva woman, was charged with stealing from coworkers.

Ontario County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a Geneva woman Wednesday following an investigation into reported workplace thefts.

Authorities said Amanda Crowder, 52, is accused of stealing two debit cards from fellow employees at her place of employment and using them to make unauthorized transactions, resulting in financial losses to the victims.

Crowder was charged with two counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Town Court at a later date.

During the investigation, deputies also allege Crowder stole merchandise valued at $7 from the Walmart on March 6. She was issued a separate appearance ticket in connection with that incident and is expected to appear in Geneva Town Court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
