Antonio Horton, a Geneva cashier, was arrested for allegedly exposing himself.

A Geneva man has been charged following an investigation into an incident at a gas station on North Exchange Street.

City of Geneva Police say Antonio Horton was arrested Tuesday in connection with a March 15 incident at the Speedway gas station. Investigators allege Horton, while working behind the cashier’s counter, intentionally exposed himself to two patrons under the age of 15.

Horton has been charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Public Lewdness in the First Degree.

Following his arrest, Horton was processed at the Geneva Police Department and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment. He was later released without bail and is scheduled to appear in Geneva City Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
