Where can kids hunt for Easter Eggs in Cayuga County?
Auburn’s 74th annual Easter Egg hunt will take place on April 19 at 10:00a. Sponsored by the Rotary Club and Matson & Kellogg, the event will consist of three age groups: 3 and under, 4-7, and 7-9, trying to find eggs.
Also, on April 19, the Friends of Emerson will hold its fourth annual Easter Egg hunt at Emerson Park. This event will see kids in three age groups try to find 150 eggs. There will also be a 50/50raffle and a chance to get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny.
Ward O’Hara’s annual Easter Egg Hunt runs now through April 19. Children can try to find 50 eggs in three age categories. They’ll be given a list of clues to find the eggs and write down their location. Once complete, kids can return their sheets to the museum staff for prizes. The museum is open seven days a week from 10:00a-4:00p.
