The Appellate Division has affirmed the convictions of Dana Grimes, who pled guilty to multiple counts of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

Grimes admitted to selling and possessing cocaine on two separate occasions in Auburn in March and April 2023.

Cayuga County Court sentenced him in November 2024 to concurrent three-year prison terms, followed by 1½ years of post-release supervision, and ordered him to pay $400 in restitution.

The Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office handled the appeal.
