Additional seats have been opened for enrollment.
Leadership Ontario participants build professional connections, refine their leadership skills, and gain important knowledge about Ontario County by attending 12 program days held at locations across the County over the course of a year. In addition to leadership development, topics are centered on key focus areas such as tourism, economic development, education, agriculture, local government, and community health.
Kristen Fragnoli is a certified executive leadership coach and lifelong educator with expertise in human relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. She supports businesses and individuals in increasing their skills to achieve business and personal goals with a focus on positive relationships and strong communication skills. Fragnoli is also the founder of FLX Women.
Leadership Ontario is a public-private collaboration between government, business, and nonprofits to facilitate the growth and development of Ontario County’s leaders. Ontario County is the founding sponsor of the program, which is administered by The Partnership for Ontario County and the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce.
Alissa Bub, Deputy County Administrator for Ontario County and a Leadership Ontario alumna, said, “Ontario County thanks our Board of Supervisors for initiating Leadership Ontario and for their financial investment in developing community leaders. Participating in Leadership Ontario introduced me to a talented network of local leaders and organizations, each contributing to our County in a unique way.”
