    IMPACTS
    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.

Newark Man Charged With Attempted Murder Faces New Charge

New charges have been filed against a Newark man arrested earlier this week for attempted murder.

22-year-old Chet Dewolf was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly strangling a woman during an incident that happened last Saturday. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says the incident that resulted in Dewolf being charged with strangulation, was reported to them on Wednesday.

Dewolf was arrested Monday night for allegedly attacking a woman, slitting her throat, and stabbing her multiple times.  At last word, the victim from the Sunday night incident was in critical condition at Strong.
