A Syracuse-area chiropractor is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to charges related to sending sexually explicit images to a 14-year-old girl in Wyoming County in January 2025.
Authorities say police executed a search warrant at the home of Theodore Baldini, 56, in Onondaga County on July 24 and recovered multiple items of significant evidence.
Baldini pleaded guilty Thursday to disseminating indecent material to minors, endangering the welfare of a child, and tampering with physical evidence, according to the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 28. Baldini faces up to 11 years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender.
